Welcome to Bill Feeds. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bill Feeds platform, website at billfeeds.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bill Feeds ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including restaurant owners, branch administrators, cashiers, and any other personnel granted access through your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for any activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by sub-users (branch admins, cashiers, kitchen staff) that you authorise.
You must notify us immediately at support@billfeeds.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free trial account. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim accounts that violate this policy.
Bill Feeds offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly:
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, or other local taxes), which will be added where required by law.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will receive an invoice via email seven (7) days before your billing date.
If payment fails, your account will enter a seven-day grace period during which full functionality is retained. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, your account will be suspended until payment is made.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least thirty (30) days' written notice via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to restaurant and food-service operations. You shall not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, with or without prior notice.
Your Data. You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including menus, orders, customer records, transaction histories, and financial reports ("Your Data"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Data.
Licence Grant. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Data Export. You may export Your Data at any time through the reporting and export features available within the platform. Upon account termination, we will retain Your Data for thirty (30) days, during which you may request a full export. After this period, Your Data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Data Protection. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where applicable, we comply with the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), and the UAE's PDPL.
We target 99.9% uptime for the Service, measured on a monthly basis. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance via email or in-app notification.
The Service is provided on a cloud-hosted infrastructure. While we employ commercially reasonable measures to ensure reliability -- including automated backups, redundant systems, and monitoring -- we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We shall not be liable for any downtime or service degradation caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet connectivity issues, third-party service outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
In the event of a significant outage exceeding the 99.9% target in any calendar month, affected customers on paid plans may request a pro-rata service credit by contacting support@billfeeds.com within fourteen (14) days of the incident.
By You. You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@billfeeds.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You remain responsible for any charges incurred before the effective cancellation date.
By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you: (a) breach any provision of these Terms; (b) fail to pay fees when due after the grace period; (c) engage in activity that poses a security risk to the Service or its users; or (d) are required to do so by law.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for thirty (30) days following termination to allow for export. After this retention period, all Your Data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Bill Feeds, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Bill Feeds during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Primary Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
India. For users primarily based in India, to the extent required by Indian law, disputes may alternatively be resolved under the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is maintained where applicable.
United Arab Emirates. For users primarily based in the UAE, to the extent required by UAE federal law, disputes may alternatively be resolved under the applicable laws of the UAE, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. Compliance with the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection is maintained where applicable.
Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the user's country of residence, the mandatory local law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will: (a) update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page; (b) notify you via email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect; and (c) where required, request your explicit consent.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account before the changes take effect.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Previous versions of these Terms will be archived and made available upon request.
