Bill Feeds is a cloud-based restaurant management platform that combines a Point of Sale (POS), Kitchen Display System (KDS), inventory management, QR ordering, and real-time analytics into one system. It works on any device with a browser — no app install required.
No hardware purchase is required. Bill Feeds runs in any modern web browser on a tablet, PC, phone, or TV. You can use any device you already own. For the KDS, a mounted tablet or TV with a browser is all you need.
Bill Feeds is available globally. We support multi-currency billing including GBP, USD, EUR, AED, INR, SAR, and more. Payment gateway integrations include Stripe, Razorpay, and Tap Payments — covering the UK, US, Europe, and the Middle East.
Most restaurants are fully live within 30 minutes. You register, create your branch, upload your menu (or enter it manually), set up tables and KDS stations, and start taking orders. No engineer visit required.
When an order is placed through the POS or QR self-order, it appears on the Kitchen Display System in real time via Server-Sent Events (no page refresh needed). You can set up multiple stations (e.g. Grill, Prep, Pastry) and route specific menu categories to each screen. Orders are automatically cleared after 2 hours.
Yes — the Pro and Enterprise plans include QR table ordering. Each table gets a unique QR code. Guests scan it, see your live menu, and place orders directly from their phone. No app download needed. Orders go straight to the KDS.
Yes. Each branch operates independently with its own menu, staff, KDS, and settings. The Enterprise plan includes a multi-branch dashboard where you can compare revenue, orders, and performance across all locations from one view.
Bill Feeds is cloud-based and requires an internet connection for real-time order sync and KDS updates. The app detects connectivity loss and displays an offline banner to alert staff. We recommend a reliable WiFi connection for consistent performance.
Billing is per branch per month for Standard and Pro plans. The Enterprise plan is billed per organisation (unlimited branches). There are no per-device or per-transaction charges. You pay a flat monthly fee for all the features included in your plan.
You'll receive an invoice 7 days before your billing date. On the due date, if payment hasn't been made, your branch enters a 7-day grace period where it remains active but shows a warning. After the grace period, access is suspended until payment is made. You can pay at any point to reactivate immediately.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For enterprise customers in the Middle East, we also support Razorpay and Tap Payments. All transactions are secured with TLS encryption.
Yes. All data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payment gateway credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We never store raw card numbers. All API endpoints require authentication via JWT tokens.
Application data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway infrastructure. Media files (menu images, logos) are stored on Cloudflare R2 with global edge delivery via our CDN. Audit logs are retained for 365 days and archived thereafter.
Bill Feeds works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge — on any device. We recommend Chrome or Edge for the KDS display for best performance. Mobile Safari on iPad is fully supported for the POS and order management screens.
